Product delivery should be within 10 working days, but as long as we keep feeding the chipmunks in the packing room you’ll get your order sooner than that. If stock is not readily available one of us will email or phone you to advise you within 2 days of a slight delay. Your products will be delivered via Australia Post free of charge to any where in Australia. At this time we do not send orders outside Australia....

Returns

Bear & Duck is committed to providing quality products to our members. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you can return it to us – in new condition with original packaging and accessories – and we will replace it, or refund your purchase using the original payment method.

To return products to Bear & Duck please affix postage to your package, include your receipt and send it to the address shown on your invoice. Unfortunately your postage charges on returns are not refundable.
